Build the infrastructure for autonomous airspace.
Zing operates at the intersection of aerospace, wireless communications, embedded systems, cloud software, public safety, robotics, artificial intelligence, regulatory technology, mapping, and hardware manufacturing. We're looking for people who want to work across those boundaries, not just within one of them.
The airspace over our heads is getting more crowded every year.
Make every drone visible, identifiable, and capable of operating safely in shared airspace.
Someone has to build the systems that keep that airspace safe, and it's a problem that spans hardware, firmware, RF, cloud infrastructure, and the people on the ground who install and operate the equipment. That breadth is what makes the work at Zing interesting — engineers here move between disciplines instead of staying boxed into one.
We work in small, accountable teams. People ship, see the results in the field, and iterate quickly. We'd rather have someone take ownership of a hard problem and work through it than wait for perfect conditions or a fully specified plan.
Because the mission is safety, we hold ourselves to a high bar for honesty — with customers, regulators, and each other — about what our technology does and doesn't do yet. That standard shapes how we hire and how we work.
What we value in the people who work here.
Show Up
We show up for our customers, our teammates, and the mission — consistently, not just when it's convenient.
Take Massive Action
We move quickly and decisively. Progress comes from doing the work, not waiting for perfect conditions.
Be Transparent
We communicate clearly and honestly — with customers, regulators, and each other — about what our technology does and doesn't do.
Be Relentlessly Resilient
Building airspace infrastructure is hard and slow-moving by nature. We stay in it for the long term.
Operate Safely
Safety is the reason Zing exists. It guides how we build products, run operations, and support the organizations that rely on us.

Real hardware, real deployments, real stakes.
Work here shows up in the field — at airports, correctional facilities, public-safety agencies, and critical infrastructure sites relying on the systems we build. If you want your work to matter in places beyond a screen, this is that kind of team.
